It’s that time of year again — Garage Sale Season!
Please fill out the form below to register your address
Participants are asked to donate an item to Sale HQs location, 22917 W Outer Drive, to raise funds for SWNA.
Now is your chance to become a part of the 13th Annual Snow Woods Neighborhood Street Sale!
This is not your average garage sale! This event includes maps and directions to each house so potential buyers can easily find you. The Snow Woods Neighborhood Association (SWNA) will advertise for you via online, cable, and newspaper and provide help along the way! If you can only sell on one or two of the days, that’s okay, let us know which day(s) you will be selling. You'll still want to get your location on the map!
No Registration Fee; but you'll need to get a permit from the City!

Each house must get a city permit to hold your garage sale!

MAY 10, 2023, SWNA MEETING CANCELLED
Hello Neighbors!
I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that the Snow Woods Neighborhood Association (SWNA) meeting that was supposed to happen on May 10, 2023, at 7 pm has been cancelled. Unfortunately, our guest speaker, Mayor Hammoud, had to reschedule due to some scheduled city budget sessions. But don't worry, we've already got a new date for the meeting! Mayor Hammoud will now be joining us on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 7 pm at Ten Eyck Admin. Bldg. Let us know if you have any questions or suggestions for the meeting. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

SWNA General Meeting

Everyone who lives in the Snow Woods neighborhood is automatically a member of the SWNA. To upgrade to a voting membership, it's $20 per household per school year.
After SWNA officer reports, here is the agenda for the meeting. We plan to have open discussions on the following topics of concern, but anyone can bring up an agenda item for discussion:
- Snow Woods Sign-Toppers on street signs
- Returnable bottles and cans Campaign
- Parcel improvement on the Carlysle & Pine triangle & Flip Your Lids
- Re-zoning and development of the parcel across the street from the hospital
At the Wednesday, May 10, 2023, meeting, we have Mayor Hammoud scheduled as our guest speaker.
